Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.

Once your order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. 

Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes to the shipping method or delivery location/date. 

UK delivery may take 3-5 business days. International delivery can take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination country.

In case your package arrives damaged or defective, please email hello@thealchemystudio.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt and include pictures of the damage so we can help you out.
