We provide resting inner diameter measurements in product descriptions. For adjustable products these measurements are for reference only, as products can be adjusted when putting on.

The easiest way to visualise is by measuring a ring you already own using a standard ruler.

Inner Diameter
Measure the inside of the ring from one side to the other, this is your ring's 'inner diameter'.
